1. We thank many of our fellow devotees who were able to join us for PujyaShri Chandrashekharendra Saraswathi MahaSwamiji’s 131 Jayanthi function last week, please see attached photos at this LINK. .
2. Please mark your calendars, register and attend Sunday June 9th, Sahasradala Padma Aradhana (SDPA) – III function – a samarpanam (offering) of divine shlokams rendered by the students of Shankara Bala Vihar and teachers, to be held at Sai Spiritual and Cultural Center, 70 W.Golf View Road, North Lake, IL. Kanchi Shankaracharya PujyaShri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamiji will preside over the function from Shri Matam in Kanchipuram, India over Zoom. Please visit our YouTube channel links (SDPA-I, SDPA-II) for previous year recordings of this function. We request parents of paricipating children as well as other attendees to register at the earliest, at this LINK.
The program will begin with assembly and registration checkin for children at 830 AM, followed by chanting of SDPA-III shlokas from 9 AM. As in past years, His Holiness is expected to deliver HIS Anugraham Bhashanam to assembled children and devotees from North America, Australia and New Zealand. The program will conclude at ~1215 PM with Harathi followed by distribution of certificates to participating children and Prasada Viniyogam.
Your RSPV via this registration LINK (even if you are will not be chanting SDPDA III shlokas but attending as a devotee) will greatly help our Sthree volunteers with planning for the function. We thank the many devotees and parents who have already RSVP’d their participation via the registration form.
ALL ARE WELCOME and there is no ADMISSION FEE for the function. Voluntary donations are gratefully accepted.
Please note the Center has made special parking arrangements for KKSF devotees. You are requested to only park in front of the building or in the adjacent street parking spots in front of the Baseball Diamond. Please do not park in the lot to the west of the Sai Spiritual Community Center building.
